Katrina Alcock

OPERATIONS & FUNDRAISING MANAGER

Alongside It’s Time, Katrina is a trustee for a charity supporting vulnerable women and also volunteers as a Bereavement Visitor. She has previously worked for a range of third sector organisations supporting women, families and young people.

Lukas Weber

HEAD OF CYBER SECURITY

Luka’s lost his dad to suicide aged 15. Alongside It’s Time, Lukas is a management consultant, helping to transform businesses cybersecurity programmes.

Sophie Longmire

MARKETING & FUNDRAISING OFFICER

Sophie supported her partner after he lost his father unexpectedly at aged 21. She has experience across the marketing sector, particularly with social media, content creation and charity partnerships.

Mandy Gosling

CLINICAL LEAD

Mandy lost her Mum aged 9 in 1973. Alongside It’s Time, she works as a UKCP/MBACP psychotherapist in private practice, and founded ABC Grief. She specialises in working with adults who were bereaved as children, and drives awareness in the grief community around the long term impact of childhood loss.


Our community advisory panel are all volunteers who help to review our services and policies in order to make them the best they can be for our beneficiaries.

Carly Dell

Carly lost her Dad after a year-long battle with cancer, aged 21. Alongside It’s Time, she is a client delivery consultant in the financial industry. 

Emily Guest

Emily lost her dad suddenly to a Haemorrhagic stroke at the age of 25. Alongside It's Time, she is an Events Manager in the conference & exhibition industry.

Matthew Brandon

HEAD OF DEI

Matt lost his dad in his last year of university after a long battle with dementia and cancer. Alongside It’s Time, he works as a Diversity & Inclusion Lead at a FTSE100 insurance firm leading on disability and neurodiversity.

Ellie Craig

Ellie lost her mum aged 17 just before starting university. Alongside It’s Time, she is studying Politics and Sociology at the University of Glasgow, Chair of the Scottish Youth Parliament and works part time as a youth worker.
